How do I set the code when I first receive the luggage?

1. Adjust the dials to the correct combination (the original code is 0-0-0).
2. Press down on the button with a pen, set a new combination (e.g. 8-8-8), and then pull the square component.
3. Lock the case again, and you will be able to unlock it using the new code.

How can I use the charging port located outside the luggage?

1. Access the front pocket and retrieve the cable.
2. Connect the cable to a power bank (the USB port works only with USB output, and the USB-C port works only with USB-C output).
3. Open the external port, plug in the cable, and connect it to your phone.

Why was a key not included with the luggage I received?

LUGGEX luggage is equipped with a convenient TSA lock, enabling you to secure your suitcase using a PIN code. Please be advised that we do not provide keys for this lock since they are reserved exclusively for use by customs officials.
