If the luggage I received was damaged, who can I look for?
Before shipping, every Luggex luggage will undergo strict quality inspection.
LuggeX guarantees to keep the luggage in repair for 3 years.

How do I set the code when I first get it?
1. Turn the dials to the correct combination (0-0-0)
2. Press down the button with a tool, set the new combination (e.g.: 8-8-8), then pull the square part.
3. Lock the case again, and now you can open the lock with the new combination.

Why would the handle of the luggage feel a bit shaky?
To ensure long-term use, a slight degree of handle movement is necessary after extensive testing.
Due to thermal expansion and contraction principles and lateral forces, a too tight handle may lead to damage.

Why wasn't a key included with the luggage I received?
LUGGEX luggage features a TSA lock, allowing you to secure your suitcase with a PIN code.
Please note that we do not provide a key for this lock, as custom locks keys are for customs officials' use only.

Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase?
The lack of zipper pulls on the inside of the luggage is a deliberate design choice to prevent potential scratching or damage to your belongings.
